Inquiry into Fetal Development and Activity

The Inquiry has been launched by the All Party Parliamentary Pro-Life Group (APPPG) to establish and assess the state of current evidence regarding fetal development and activity, identifying how current evidence informs clinical practice and whether current legislation, information and professional guidance is in step with medical advances and understanding of fetal development and activity.

We look at the current evidence and conclude that a 20 week fetus is capable of experiencing pain.
