Hope Citadel

Hope Citadel is a social enterprise which is passionate that the NHS should be best where it is needed most. General practice can be at the heart of transforming individuals, families and communities. We are a not-for-profit social enterprise that are looking for motivated and committed GPs to join us at practices in Oldham and Rochdale.

We pay well, with all the usual NHS benefits. We support doctors with 13 minute appointments as standard, and we have specialist deprivation workers that work alongside practice nurses, in-house counsellors and admin team to unpick the complexity of clinical, social and psychological problems our patients face. We write, we dream, we educate students and junior doctors, we think big! We are a close-knit, fun team, who look after each other, laugh together and celebrate our successes. We are looking for someone with a passion for healthcare amongst a mixed population. As an organisation we deliver care that is rated as outstanding and are keen to continue this delivery.

Having held the contracts at four Greater Manchester practices for the last seven years and been awarded an additional five contracts, we are looking to expand our team of committed clinicians. We promise to support you, develop you and see you improve as a clinician and leader.
