This is a 107 year old mission Hospital founded by the Wesleyan Missionaries from UK. It has grown to a 300 bed multispecialty hospital serving 85,000 outpatients and 15,000 inpatients each year. It has four operating theatres where challenging cases referred from hospitals in and around Mysore are taken up. We receive every patient irrespective of caste, color, creed or disease. There are training programmes for nurses, anesthesic technician course. We run a post graduate training programme in general medicine, general surgery, OBG, paediatrics and anesthesia

Electives – Students join in ward rounds and OPD, observe in theatre and go on community outreach visits. There are opportunities for nursing and therapy students as well
