ACMA international ministry is a NGO, registered at the Armenian Government in June, 2007. It is a charity non-profit organization. Founded by Dr Jany Haddad in September 2006, and encouraged by many colleagues – mainly Dr Kristina Ashrafyan - during its first conference in Armenia. Approved its by-laws by its committee members and submitted to the Armenian Government for official registration with names of its Board of trustees and Committee Members. Approved and registered by the government in June 2007 as a NGO.
