New Appointments

LORNA NUNN has been appointed as Scottish staffworker, working four sessions a week for two years from January 2003. Lorna will be based in Edinburgh and will be supporting Christian medical students in Edinburgh, Glasgow, St Andrews, Dundee and Aberdeen. Lorna qualified MBChB in Edinburgh in 1998 and MRCGP in 2002, and will be working part-time in General Practice alongside her CMF post. Her husband, Graeme, is an engineer. Please remember Lorna in prayer as she takes up her new responsibilities. If you would like to receive her prayer letters on a regular basis then please contact the CMF Office (students@cmf.org.uk).

JEREMY FRANKLIN has been appointed as CMF Pastoral Secretary to work alongside Peter Saunders in the CMF Office working two days per week on a voluntary basis from mid-March. His work will involve developing pastoral care of members, helping to adapt the Saline Solution evangelism course for UK, some conference and breakfast involvement, supporting the work of CMF regional secretaries in the South-East and speaking and writing as appropriate. Jeremy qualified MBChB in 1959 and MRCGP in 1972, and was a Principal and Senior Partner in General Practice in South Woodford, North London from 1968 to 2002. For eight years of that time he founded and pastored a church, ‘The Way In Christian Fellowship’. Please remember Jeremy and his wife Ann in prayer as he takes up his new responsibilities.
