Submission to the Dept of Health on the abolition of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority

Published: 28 September 2012

This submission from CMF raises concerns with the Dept of Health proposal to transfer functions from the HFEA and the Human Tissue Authority (HTA) to the Care Quality Commission, except for HFEA functions relating to research that will transfer to the HRA, and to then abolish both the HFEA and HTA.
