Welsh Government Draft Human Transplantation (Wales) Bill

This final public consultation on organ donation by the Welsh Assembly Health and Social Care Committee concerns a draft bill that will introduce presumed consent for organ donation for the first time. A change in Welsh law will affect the rest of the UK in time and we have serious concerns.
