How to book

Due to overwhelming demand the conference is fully booked.
For those of you who are disappointed we do have a waiting list and we will contact you as places become available.

We look forward to welcoming you to the 2012 CMF National Student Conference. John Lennox, Professor of Mathematics in Oxford, will be giving the Bible talks based on the life of Joseph, and there will be a wide range of seminars on offer. You will meet not only other UK medical students, but also leaders of Christian medical groups in other countries, and get a chance over meals to talk to Christian doctors (who were all students once!). Full details of the programme can be found on the booking form, which you can download below. We'd love to see you there … but remember that places fill fast, so book today!

Cost - online discount rate *

Early Bird Rate - Members £69 / Non members £79 - before 18 December 2011

Standard rate - Members £74 / Non members £84 - before 29 January 2012

Late rate - Members £84 / Non members £94 - before 1700 on 3 February 2012

*£10 discount is only available to CMF members who book online

Non-members - If you are not yet a signed-up member of CMF you are very welcome, but will be required to pay full price. However, by joining CMF (£6) you will save £4 – so why not join at www.cmf.org.uk/join. UK student membership is free for the first six months if you pay by Direct Debit. Once you have joined, come back to this page to book in for the conference!

Travel

Coach - CMF is providing a coach service from London to The Hayes and back again. The coach will cost £13.25 each way and will need to be booked in advance either online with your conference booking or with the office.

Change of pickup. The coach will now leave London at 1.30pm from CMF offices, 6 Marshalsea Road (near Borough Tube) on Friday 10 February and should be back in London by 8pm on Sunday 12 February.
Car - The Hayes conference centre is central for the UK, 13 miles north of Derby, just off the M1 at Junction 28.
Train - The nearest train station is Alfreton and there is a reliable bus or taxi service from there.
Plane - The nearest airport is East Midlands Airport. If there is sufficent need then a coach transfer maybe orgainsed by CMF.
