26-28 April 2013 – The Hayes, Swanwick, Derbyshire
This year, student leaders training was held at CMF's doctors conference in Swanwick, 26-28 April. 58 student leaders from 28 medical schools came to be encouraged and trained to lead their CMF medical school groups.
The main role of the student link is to be a point of contact between Christian medics at their university, local doctors and CMF generally. In most cases, they'll also be the 'organisers' of the local group. Our new leaders handbook, and the training itself, concentrate on what it means to connect Christian medics together, as well as what sort of programmes will help people best learn and serve, will best enthuse and equip people to live and speak for Jesus in medicine.
Some of the resources are now available here:

We used this video for discussion about our mission: to love, liberate, lead and launch!
And because it was quite fun, we thought we'd keep the promo video here!
