Being an Associate means opportunities for ministry, but we also want to train you.

Associate roles are flexible and you will need to plan your time in tandem with your line manager at the beginning of the year. This will include factoring in any relevant team days and conferences. As a CMF Associate you would plan how to best spend your time which might include running seminars, training events, writing resources and communicating with members.

Each role will be highly variable and will also depend on whether you are mainly office- or home-based. Please contact us and we can discuss possibilities.

Associate Staffworkers support the work of student ministry among medics or nurses, contributing to the work of the Student and Nursing departments.
