We are looking for a GP Partner to join our harmonious, outward looking practice in the New Forest.
Our Senior Partner will go part-time in April 2018 and is flexible about full retirement, allowing us to be responsive to the needs of the successful candidate.
We are a friendly, two-sited GMS training practice with above-average earnings in the coastal New Forest area, serving 10,750 patients:
- Six WTE Christian Partners, each working eight sessions over four days
- Learning community, accommodating specialist trainee registrars, FY2 doctors and medical students
- A highly skilled nursing team - Nurse Practitioner, three Practice Nurses, and Phlebotomists
- Excellent administrative and management team
- Purpose-built, leased premises with full rent reimbursement
- Part of a Vanguard bid with six other local practices, which provides extended access until 8pm and at weekends in a local hospital
- Close working with local practices, looking to align and maximise working practices to the benefit of patients and staff
- Sessional research practice
- SystmOne paperlite-accredited practice
- High QOF achievers, awarded 'Good' in every area by CQC
- Start date: April 2018, but prepared to wait for the right candidate
