We are a friendly, highly regarded, patient-centred practice in the Derbyshire market town of Ilkeston.

We are seeking an enthusiastic GP to join our small team on either a part time or full time basis, to commence work in April 2018 but this could be flexible for the right candidate.

We are part of the innovative Erewash group of practices where we have pioneered a variety of collaborative services to enhance patient care closer to home and increase the resilience of General Practice, including an on-day service, visiting service and a care home service. We are part of Erewash Health Super partnership, due to commence officially on 1/4/2018.

· Currently approximately 3,700 patients.

· Strong, caring team, committed to holistic practice, optimistic about the future!

· Our clinical system is TPP SystmOne.

· Admitting rights to community hospital.

· No OOH or extended hours required.

· Training practice for medical students.

· We achieved an outstanding rating for "caring" in our CQC inspection
