We are a well-established PMS practice with a Christian ethos and heritage practising in a diverse inner city area. We have a friendly and professional staff team who seek to serve our practice population of about 8,200 patients. We play an active part in neighbourhood working, coordinated care and our local GP Federation (Quay Health Solutions). We have strong links with the voluntary sector particularly at the nearby community centre, Pembroke House.
We have recently been rated good in all areas by the CQC and are dedicated to continuous improvement of the care we provide. We are seeking to recruit a part-time salaried GP who is able to work between 2-4 sessions/week to join our dedicated clinical team. Our practice team includes nurse practitioner, practice nurse, data quality lead, counsellor and practice based pharmacist. We also provide osteopathy services in-house via the British School of Osteopathy.
We encourage our GPs to attend monthly Protected Learning Time (PLT) events. We have weekly clinical meetings and monthly administrative meetings but also have a supportive learning environment.
We provide a highly competitive sessional GP rate (indemnity fees included), annual leave, study leave and support our salaried GPs in their professional and career development.
We have excellent transport links with Elephant & Castle nearby.
