Thrive Worldwide is looking for part time Occupational Health Physicians with either MFOM or DOccMed to join their growing team of clinicians providing specialist OH services to church leaders and charity workers in the UK. Currently the need is for half - 1 day a week on a flexible basis, paid per appointment worked. Our work is expanding, and this may well increase with demand.

At present Thrive provides such services to just over half the dioceses in the Church of England as well as the Methodist and URC Church and is seeing a steady increase in demand for its services.

Our expectation is that for the time being these services will continue to be delivered remotely, via Zoom, and so sessions can be carried out from home.

We are particularly looking for physicians who have a good understanding of both the joy and challenges of full-time Christian ministry and who would be motivated to provide this important service to such individuals when that ministry is threatened by health problems, both physical and mental.
