Are you a medical, dental, nursing or allied healthcare professional (HCP) student or junior wanting to take a year out? Would you like to earn and learn?? And have you room in your heart for the world's detainees??? If so, then read on about this brilliant, career enhancing post!

What are we offering?

• the National Living Wage to work for a year as our HCP intern
• two days a week with the option of regular over-time
• six weeks of annual leave & one week of discretionary study leave - help to find cheap accommodation in a local Christian's home
• fully funded participation in one of our international prison medicine teams
• flexible working to facilitate your use of the rest of each week, such as locuming &/or the following external training opportunities:
  - the CMF Deep:ER programme, helping with Yorkshire CMF activities and mentored by a local CMF volunteer
  - the distance learning diploma or MA in Bioethics & Medical Law at St Mary's University Twickenham, supported by a line manager who holds the same MA
  - opportunity to apply to our study budget for part-funding of external courses
  - mentoring programme with the chance to develop your administrative, clinical, research and teaching skills.
