CMF Ireland – welcome!
CMF unites and equips Christian doctors, nurses, and midwives to live and speak for Jesus Christ across the British Isles, including the Republic of Ireland.
CMF’s work in the Republic of Ireland is guided by CMF’s Irish Working Group, chaired by Dr Valerie Nicolay. The role of the working group includes helping to develop CMF in the Republic of Ireland and through this to unite & equip Christian doctors, nurses and midwives (and their respective students) to live & speak for Jesus Christ.
For students, there are CMF groups connected to the Medical Schools in the Republic of Ireland. For graduate doctors, nurses, and midwives, current activities include occasional meetups, a WhatsApp group, and a bi-monthly prayer meeting on Zoom. The CMF Irish Conference is held annually – see information about this year’s conference below.

Dublin Day Conference
11 April 2026 | 10:00 am – 4.30 pm
We are delighted to announce that bookings are open for the first CMF Day Conference in Dublin. On Saturday 11 April we will be gathering at Grosvenor Baptist Church for a day helping Christian healthcare professionals bring Christ and his good news into their work.
We will be using the Saline course, which equips you to recognise opportunities to encourage colleagues and patients to take one step closer to God, sharing the gospel with sensitivity, respect, and genuine care.
