CMF Connect | Resident Doctors Conference 2025
These sessions aims to provide…
· a place for connection with others from the same part of the country
· a dedicated time and space for conversation and prayer and
· an opportunity to consider what is happening/ might happen as CMF in the local area.
To encourage fellowship during CMF Connect, the regions overlap and don’t always match the areas covered by catalyst teams. In some cases, a region may include more than one catalyst team area. If numbers permit, you can split the group according to the catalyst team areas within that region.
Discussion starters are provided to help prompt conversation. We suggest you aim to be praying by 4:50pm and that you finish by 5pm so that there is time to find the seminar you are attending at 5:15pm. We ask that you please leave the room as it was found ready for seminars.
Discussion Starters:
· Introduce yourselves to one another e.g. your name, where you live/ work and current role
· How are you finding conference? Is there anything you have found particularly helpful?
· What is happening as CMF in your area/ what would you find helpful? – e.g. local meet-ups/ groups, hospital prayer groups, local events. [Is there a catalyst team(s) in the region – how can you connect with what they are doing?]
· What keeps you rooted in Christ in this season as a resident doctor? (For example, this could include habits, practices, church, friends etc)
· What things are you finding challenging as a follower of Jesus and resident doctor?
· What would you find it helpful to be prayed for?
You may also want to share contact details to help connect other into any relevant groups/ catalyst teams in your local area, and or advertise coming local events.
