What is the Emerging Leaders Stream?
- Dedicated 7-month long programme exploring the intersection between healthcare, leadership and biblical principles, with seasoned leaders from across the NHS and beyond.
- Aiming to equip with emerging healthcare leaders with practical skills and biblical foundations to support them in their leadership journey.
Who is the Emerging Leaders Stream for?
- Open to all resident doctors, nurses and managers
- Have to be CMF members or friends
- With a heart for healthcare leadership, and reflecting Christ and Kingdom principles in the NHS and beyond

The Christian Healthcare Leadership Network (CHLN) is an initiative of the Christian Medical Fellowship (CMF). If you want to be part of the network, please join CMF (you don’t have to be a medic, nurse, or midwife) or become a Friend of CMF first.
