We invite Christians in healthcare and others to join us for a focused day of prayer for the health service on Tuesday, 17 March 2026.
Whatever your experience or current challenges, let us bring our thanks, fears, hopes, and prayers to our heavenly Father. You may also wish to consider fasting in some way during the day.
We have chosen Habakkuk 3:2 as our focus verses for the day. Let’s recall his fame and deeds as we cry out to God on behalf of the health service, our patients and colleagues.
‘LORD, I have heard of your fame;
I stand in awe of your deeds, LORD.
Repeat them in our day,
in our time make them known;
in wrath remember mercy.’

- Register for the CMF prayer gathering on Zoom (17 March, 8-9 pm)
- Take time for personal reflection and prayer
- Make use of our Spotify playlist
- Consider fasting from something to create space for prayer during the day
- Use our prayer resources page to inform your prayers
- A downloadable poster for display in workplace chapels/ noticeboards is available.
- Take opportunities to pray as you commute and go about your day:

- Invite others to join in with the day of prayer
