Job Description: We are about to move into a 2,000m² hospital building on a 60,000m² piece of land, so we have positions available for everyone! Whether you have skills in children and youth work, admin/finance/HR, maintenance, landscaping, construction, chaplaincy, nursing, medical practice, dental practice, optometry, or mission support, we need you. We also plan to start a nursing school for the sustainability of the project. 

This summer, we are hosting two short-term mission opportunities to run six back-to-back week-long children outreach programs. This is perfect for those who want to get to know our ministry better and consider longer-term involvement.

Who We Are: New Sight was founded in the Republic of Congo in 2012. Initially, we started as an eye ministry, but we are now expanding our services beyond ophthalmology with the goal of becoming a general hospital, including dental services. Our community work includes partnerships with over 30 local schools and a national children’s magazine with more than 22,000 readers. We are also starting a pastors’ resource centre.
